Terms of Service

1. Services Offered

CloudTrim Technology provides specialized IT consultancy and development services, including:

• Cloud Consultancy (AWS, Azure, GCP, hybrid & on-prem)
• Web Application & Website Development
• Website & Application Hosting
• Custom Software & Project Development
• Project Management & Consulting
• CRM Design, Development & Integration
• Automation, DevOps & Cloud Optimization Services

Service scope, timelines, and pricing will be defined in individual contracts, proposals, or statements of work (SOW).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our services. By using the services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Use services only for lawful purposes.
• Not misuse, copy, resell, or exploit services without authorization.
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Payments & Billing 

• Fees are defined in proposals, invoices, or contracts.
• Payments must be made within the agreed timeline.
• Late payments may result in service suspension.
• All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, including but not limited to source code, designs, documentation, branding, frameworks and tools, remain the property of CloudTrim Technology unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients retain ownership of custom deliverables after full payment, subject to contract terms.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private, including:

• Business data
• Source code
• Credentials
• Technical architecture
• Client information

This obligation survives termination of services.

7. Third-Party Services

We may integrate or recommend third-party services (cloud providers, APIs, payment gateways, etc.).

CloudTrim Technology is not responsible for third-party service failures, downtime, or data loss.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• CloudTrim Technology shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the previous 3 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• Terms are violated.
• Payments are overdue.
• Illegal or abusive usage is detected.

Either party may terminate services with written notice, subject to contractual obligations.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of services implies acceptance of revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of **India**.
